{Finding my inner Garden Guru}

{Nicolai and I have often talked about raising chickens and growing our own food, so this spring I decided to just do it. I went down to Target and picked up a ton of seeds and some little biodegradable pots for planting in. So far I have successfully spouted tomatoes, peppers, dill, zinnias, some wildflower mixture, foxglove, lettuce and green onion! I'm so excited! I cant wait til the weather gets better and I move a lot of them outside. Right now most of them are sitting in the window of my bedroom :) I have to say I have surprised myself with how successful this endeavor has been so far!}
