{make do monday: spiced Christmas tea}

 {spiced Christmas tea}

{ok, so I posted about this awhile back but I have some new readers since then, and we have been talking about Christmas traditions on the giveaway comments. This is one of my personal Christmas traditions! It is perfect for those of us with about $0 to spend around this time of year! :) It is really simple and is a great budget friendly Christmas gift!}
First gather up the following ingredients:
1 cup tang
1 cup powdered lemonade
1 cup powdered instant tea (like that Nestea stuff...unsweetened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
cinnamon to taste
{So basically just measure out and mix up...pretty simple right :)
I always make big batches, so I can give it as gifts. Costco sells all the ingredients in bulk.

The fun part is finding cute jars and decorating them! Try cutting out circles of cute wrapping paper to cover the jar lids. You could also use a vintage hankie to wrap it and finish off with yarn or bakers twine! Just get creative! There are loads of options!}

enjoy <3

  2. ooh I love this idea. It's so perfect for a very very not rich student like me. And I love the cute paper on the top of those jars!
