{prepare yourself...koldskæl at first glance may seem weird or even gross to some, but i assure you once you have tried it you will never go back. the best way i can think to describe it is runny vanilla yogurt but with a bit of tang to it. you can drink it but i opt for koldskæl in a bowl with yummy homemade garnola type things on top.}
