{I have been looking for the perfect way to eat my oatmeal at home without adding boatloads of brown sugar and other healthiness defeating ingredients. My new favorite is vanilla cinnamon oatmeal! As you may be able to tell from may of my past posts, i use vanilla and cinnamon a lot! It is really simple to which is good since I am not fully awake until noon :)}
{It is super easy. I just dump my oats ( I really like Trader Joe's instant oat packets with flax seed. Sometimes I'll add a little extra flax for healthiness and nuttiness. It makes things taste great! I add flax meal to scones and other baked goods too. Anyway as I was saying...Dump your oats and other additions into a mug or bowl, add a drizzle of vanilla extract and a generous dusting of cinnamon powder and HELLO you have a tasty and virtually calorie free way to tasty up your oatmeal! I'm sure it's not completely calorie free but I is sugar free and no calorie laden at the least! Try it! I think you'll like it!
P.S. you can always add fruit as well! Try berries all mixed in or mash a banana in there!}

Mmm. I've always wanted different ways to do oatmeal, because I too add a ton of brown sugar.
